Hestia Roasters is named for Hestia, goddess of the hearth — the sacred fire at the center of every home. We roast the way she would have wanted: small batches, obsessive care, and absolutely no shortcuts.

Three gods. Three roasts.

Every roast in our pantheon is named for an Olympian, and every one earns its name:

• Olympus — The king of roasts. Our flagship dark roast: dark chocolate, smoky caramel, a whisper of spice.
• Athena — Wisdom in every cup. A smooth, balanced roast: dark berry, dark chocolate, toasted walnut.
• Helios — The brightest cup in the house. Our light roast: citrus, honey, and floral brightness in every cup.
