By purchasing from Hestia Roasters ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version posted here at the time of your order applies.

Products & pricing

We describe our coffees as accurately as we can — tasting notes are our honest read, but palates differ. Prices are in USD and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders & payment

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, suspected fraud or inventory error) and will refund you in full if we do.

Shipping & returns

Shipping timelines and our 30-day freshness guarantee are described on our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the store: no fraud, no automated scraping, no interfering with other customers' experience.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're coffee roasters, not insurers.
