What size are the bags?

Our bags are 12oz.

Whole bean or ground?

Ground. Every roast ships ground and ready to brew — no whole bean right now. The Pantheon Bundle ships all bags ground.

When is my coffee roasted?

We roast to order in small batches. Your coffee is roasted shortly before it ships — never warehoused for weeks.

Which roast should I try first?

Can't decide? That's what the gods intended. The Pantheon Bundle gives you Olympus, Athena, and Helios in one box for $86.99 (save $9.98) — taste the full range of the house and find your god.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Not yet — subscriptions are on the roadmap. Join the Pantheon (newsletter signup) and we'll tell you the moment they launch.

Do you sell decaf?

Not at this time. Our pantheon is fully caffeinated.

How do I brew it?

Any method you love — drip, pour-over, French press, espresso (Olympus shines here). Start with a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio and adjust to taste.
