Our promise

Coffee for the gods — or your money back. If your order arrives damaged, stale, or simply not to your taste, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Unopened bags

Unopened bags in original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened bags

Opened a bag and didn't love it? Contact us within 30 days — we'll offer a replacement roast or a refund on that bag. No need to ship the opened bag back.

Our Bundles (The Pantheon Bundle)

Bundle returns follow the same 30-day policy. Partially enjoyed bundles are eligible for a pro-rated refund or replacement.

How to start a return

Email steven@hestiaroasters.com with your order number and we'll take it from there. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
