When you shop with Hestia Roasters, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers). If you join our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you roast news and offers.

To process, roast, ship, and support your orders
To send order updates and, if you've opted in, marketing emails (unsubscribe anytime)
To improve our store and understand what the gods prefer

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers required to run the store: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, and shipping carriers. We never sell your personal information.
